Delete it in the app
This page is for shoppers using the Slick Mall app (published by Slick Company). You can delete your account yourself at any time, without contacting us:
- Open Slick Mall and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.
Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out on every device and cannot sign back in to that account.

هذه الصفحة مخصصة للمتسوقين في تطبيق مجمع سليك (من شركة سليك). يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك في أي وقت دون الحاجة إلى التواصل معنا:
- افتح مجمع سليك وسجّل الدخول.
- انتقل إلى تبويب الملف الشخصي.
- اضغط على حذف الحساب في الأسفل، ثم أكّد.
يتم الحذف فوراً. سيتم تسجيل خروجك من جميع الأجهزة ولن تتمكن من الدخول إلى ذلك الحساب مرة أخرى.
No access to the app?
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Slick Mall account”. We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

راسلنا على [email protected] من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، بعنوان ”حذف حسابي في مجمع سليك“. سنؤكد لك بالرد ونُتم الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً، وغالباً قبل ذلك بكثير.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and password.
- Your saved addresses and saved cards (card details themselves are held by Tap Payments, never by us).
- Your cart, notifications, notification settings and push-notification device tokens.
Kept
Orders you already placed stay with the stores you bought from. Each order is the store’s sales and accounting record, so it keeps the name, contact details and delivery address given for that order, the items and the amount paid. Stores and Slick keep these records only as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Store owners using Slick My Store and operators using Slick Admin: these accounts belong to a business, so email [email protected] to close a store or remove a team account.

- اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وكلمة المرور.
- عناوينك وبطاقاتك المحفوظة (بيانات البطاقات نفسها تحتفظ بها Tap Payments، وليس نحن).
- سلة التسوق والإشعارات وإعدادات الإشعارات ورموز أجهزة الإشعارات.
يُحتفظ به
تبقى الطلبات التي أجريتها سابقاً لدى المتاجر التي اشتريت منها. فكل طلب هو سجل مبيعات ومحاسبة للمتجر، لذا يحتفظ بالاسم وبيانات التواصل وعنوان التوصيل المُدخلة لذلك الطلب، والمنتجات والمبلغ المدفوع. تحتفظ المتاجر وسليك بهذه السجلات فقط للمدة التي تفرضها قوانين المحاسبة والضرائب.
أصحاب المتاجر في سليك متجري والمشغّلون في سليك أدمن: هذه الحسابات تابعة لنشاط تجاري، لذا راسلنا على [email protected] لإغلاق متجر أو إزالة حساب أحد أعضاء الفريق.
